Mercator International B.V. is a global orientated company based in the Netherlands which supplies leather chemicals. We are specialized in the supply of retanning agents, dyes, and fatliquors, and offer a full range of tailor-made products. On request, we regularly provide other leather chemicals which are used in all stages of the leather production, from beam house to finished leather. Technical advice and assistance come with our products. We have more than 30 years experience in the development, application, and sales of retanning agents, dyes, and fatliquors.
Using our know-how, we are able to advice custom-fit recipes for any specific leather articles, and help customers to apply our products to their best advantage. The product you buy from us will be supplied to you directly from the production. No traders between us and you. Note that every batch which is produced is checked thoroughly on its quality and performance. We make sure every batch of every product is within specification.
On time deliveries
We deliver on time. It means that a 1 week delivery really is a 1 week delivery. We will not promise what we can’t make true. Since we work only with reliable shipping companies, we know that we can keep our promised delivery times.

Mercator International supplies a large range of retanning agents, dyes and fatliquors for leather. Please find a selection of them below. Besides more commodity-like products can be provided. This concerns products like Basic Chrome Sulphate, Sodium Sulphide, Formic Acid, Sodium Formate, Sodium Bicarbonate. But also vegetable tanning extracts like Mimosa, Quebracho and Chestnut are available.
